Great pan, but if you put it over heat for too long, it starts to deform but go back to normal shape once it cools down

Titanium too quick for frying

Titanium is a good material for pots. Boiling water works very well. However, frying is another matter. It is rather difficult to make pancakes with it on an open fire because it tends to burn them very quickly. You can only hold it on fire for a couple of seconds before it starts to char your food. I give it 3 stars because it is really lightweight and it will somewhat work, but it is a very labor intensive process to fry with it.

Pretty small

Very light and well enough built. Might be too small to really be functional. About room for a fried egg. I think i thought id be able to get a small fish fillet on it. Didn’t read closely. Bought on a whim, not sure I’ll ever use it.
