Heather Kelly is a certified nutritionist and psychology of eating coach. The Alaska native wanted food for backpacking and other outdoor adventures that was on par with what she made at home. When she couldn’t find it on store shelves, she began making it herself. Friends who tried Heather’s backcountry meals and snacks encouraged her to go into business, and soon Heather found herself on the crazy journey called being an entrepreneur. All Heather’s Choice lightweight, dehydrated food is made in Alaska from organic, wild caught, sustainably raised ingredients.
