A rain jacket that won't wet out
Stay dry with this completely waterpoof rain jacket by LightHeart Gear. LightHeart Gear’s ultralight PFAS-free rain jackets are made from a permanently waterproof Polyester material with a Silicone coating on the outside and a polyurethane coating on the inside, which is purposefully non-breathable. All seams are seam taped and the extra large pit-zips utilize waterproof zippers. The generous pit zips provide guaranteed breathability when necessary and allow you to slip your arms out of them to wear the garment as a vest when desired. A roomy hood allows you to wear a hat or cap underneath and a small flexible brim help keep the rain off your face. With several well-thought-through features, this jacket is ready for any rainy adventure.

New ZealandWorks as advertised, great arm pit zips but no breathing
Perfect rain cover. Kept me dry and held up well to moderate wind (prob around 40kmh), but doesn't have a cinch cord around hoodie so might suffer in some circumstances. Pit zips helped it breathe well for me. I prefer not to rely a DWR coating which needs to have additional chemicals added to maintain waterproof-ness. Feels like just a matter of time before the chemical is labeled bad for the environment so feel like this is the better option. Bought size M, sleeves were plenty long for my arms (which are on the longer side) and I'm 178cm tall with lean build.

I love it! I bought a large which is oversized for my height and I’m glad that I did as it’s perfect to have the space for a puffy. I think the sleeves could be longer and the zipper flap does catch on the inside a little but otherwise it’s awesome. No problems keeping it vented if you actively open the zips and make an effort to keep from steaming up. Huge step up from my Frogg Toggs. Thanks!
