A water collection cup for desert explorers
If you live in the desert southwest, you want a little foldable cup like this in your water filtration kit. $7 for a tiny cup. I know! But it has come in handy! I use it to scoop water from tiny shallow ponds where you could never dunk a CNOC or Evernew. That it's a foldable yet semi-firm plastic makes it so that you can sort of mold it into different curves for different types of pathetic excuses for water sources. For years I used the cut-off bottom quarter of a smartwater bottle for this process, but the Pika Bowl is better. It packs down flat so that it disappears in your pack. I slide it into the back mesh pocket of my pack where it lives along with my sawyer filter.

Easy to see measurements
Looks handy, I find it hard to read the measurements on my titanium pot

To hard to clean
Was using this for granola in the morning, saves bringing a cup or second pot. Was to hard to clean.

pika bowl
I haven't had a chance to use it yet. Too hot. Just gearing up formal/winter/spring

1st week backpacking
Fits in my pot, so very lightweight and easy to store. Pop the bottom out to get the actual measurement (it would save you a bunch of time saying “why doesn’t this measure right?!”). Not as great as the jetboil measuring cup but gets the job done & saves space.
