I use the big one as a garbage bag. The seal has a nice "zipper" feature which makes it easy to close . Much easier to deal with in the cold than my old Loksaks, which often required multiple passes to ensure they were closed. They wash out easy (meaning you can dump hot water and detergent into them and shake them without them leaking) and seem well built. The small ones are nice for multiuse food storage. Great product, especially when considering the price.
