Good chair with one MASSIVE problem
I loved this chair for a long time, until I used it on soft ground. This is a note to the engineers: your leg design needs work, and just a tiny ******* bit of work. Should have already been done. You see, a rounded knob on the legs of great most of the time. It keeps the legs from digging into the ground too much. But when the ground is soft, the legs will obviously sink in. Here's the problem: your lazy press-on strategy for the leg knobs. When the legs do sink in, the knobs pull off underground and get lost. Then the chair is useless on soft ground. You added pins to the cross braces; why didn't you do the same to the leg knobs? Ruined my experience with the chair. I had to design and 3D print my own version of the leg knobs, which are much better, and then epoxied them on. Now the chair is great, but I recommend to anyone looking for a new ultralight chair to get the Nemo.

Chair zero
Hard to get into, and out of. At least until day 4 of my hike, when it broke.
Great Chair
i've use this chair for years along with the table. i am a bikepacker/bike tourer, hammocker. they pack up small and easy to carry. they do sink in in some ground. i got the ground cloth to stick under the chair. it works great. do yourself a favor and get one. the ground cloth is very helpful. they go everywhere with me
Use frequently
5/05/23 use all time. not engineered for wide bottoms. beware! invest in one; try out. only 2 drawbacks are: frame can sink into damp soil; you must squat down to sit. you are very close to ground. had mine for many years. always works. instructions thoughtfully put into product. nice soft carrying case easy to hang up when done. recommend
