This style has a sewn-on pocket on the back where you can stuff extra clothes, foam, or an air pillow to create more support. If you find that a regular down pillow compresses too much, the stuff-sack option is for you! The stuff-sack pocket pillow comes with a small elastic attachment point added so that you can attach it to your sleeping pad to reduce pillow movement during the night.

United StatesDon’t hit the trail without one
I have tested it with several air bladders and my puffy. It adds almost no weight but makes side sleeping a dream.
Almost like home
i like the option of not having to bring a jacket in warm weather and wanted to see how this pillow performs with an inflatable. i had a fillo that i never really found comfortable but this light weight addition transformed it. looking forward to experimenting with other lighter weight inflatables.

It is perfect for my needs. I have a hard time sleeping without a down pillow, and this little pillow is fantastic! It is super light, and packs down small. You can either use it by itself, or add another piece of clothing (down pants, or down jacket), and it's even better. Either, way, though, I am happy with this purchase, and recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their sleep quality while on the trail, or on the road.

This is definitely nice and comfy when used in conjunction with my stuff sack pillow from MLD. That said I wouldn't be comfortable using just this as a pillow as there's really no support. Granted I've spent many a nights on Trail with no pillow so this is definitely a luxury item. Like I said used in conjunction with something else it's great! It does have a pouch on the back where you can stuff clothes or whatever to give it more support. For the price I wish they would have used 950 dryv tech down as the fill. For the price I don't see the point in buying the small version. The larger version is only a few dollars more and technically you could fold it in half to make it somewhat supportive on its own. The pillow is very compressible and weighs only a couple ounces.
