This was absolutely delicious, barely discernible from something you would cook at home. Pasta was perfectly done and the meat rehydrated well. Zesty without being too spicy, flavorful. Do beware...the parmesan cheese WILL stick to your spoon! (Glad I carry a tiny square of scotchbrite to clean it.) HAHA This is definitely a meal I will buy again.

There’s nothing worse than having bad tasting meal before the summit. This pasta is so good. It made me smile as I got to the top of Mount Whitney highest peak in the lower 48.
