I bought this because I needed some for an upcoming hiking trip and didn't want to buy another huge roll. I ended up using some of the tape on my chafed heels during the hike. It stayed on and didn't bunch. It seems to be as good as any duct tape I've used previously. I only wish each roll wasn't encased in plastic—it's unnecessary waste.

Basically, this is a very easy way to get emergency duct tape into your pack. I avoids the mess of trying to wrap the tape from an unwieldy roll where you can never get the edges right. Small gain, but what a gain!
