Delicious, and no onions or garlic! Hallelujah!
As someone with an unusual set of food sensitivities (FODMAP issues - major problems with onions and garlic, and to a lesser extent mushrooms, kale, and everything related to kale), backpacking meals are a minefield where I just try and find the ones that will hurt me the least. This is the single only backpacking meal I have ever found that has absolutely no onions or garlic. It is also objectively delicious, and just spicy enough to be interesting. Will be buying forever. Love!

Worth the extra water and time!
Seriously yummy! This is my favorite of all the mac n cheese options for backpacking because the pasta tastes fresh rather than gummy and the chilis add a nice heat. We added dehydrated chicken to boost the protein and a few crumbled parmesan crisps as a topping. Caveat: I wouldn't recommend it for longer dry season backpacking unless you are camping next to a water source because it does require 16oz of water (8 oz you pour off) and 20 minutes to prepare.

I was surprised
I've never purchased a backpackers meal because I am a picky eater and I'm frugal. I made my own meals. After reading and watching reviews of this product, I decided to give it a try. I loved it! It is easy to prepare and has just enough spice. I will be including this product on future backpacking trips.

Delicious!
Easy to use if you aren't like me and actually read the directions! Turned out so good

Not Bad
Overall the meal was fine. Not bad but not great. It was egg noodles with a bit of chili flake and then you add in some cheese powder
