The Good & Bad
This is my second Klymit X Large pillow. I had a neck injury many years ago and this pillow has eliminated the neck pain I used to have several times a week after waking up in the morning. And yes I use this pillow every night whether on trail, at home, on vacation, or on some other trip. It literally goes with me everywhere. I ordered the second X large three weeks ago to replace the one I’ve used for over a year. Unfortunately this new one immediately began to slowly deflate as I sleep. I’m having to add air every 2 to 3 hours. I’ve water tested it for holes and seam issues, but there are none. I have to assume it’s a very slow leak in the valve. I’ve contacted the manufacturer several days ago and am still awaiting resolution other than an email confirming receipt with troubleshooting suggestions for sleeping pads. Note: Kylmit requires customer issues be sent to them. I wish GGG was able to handle this directly as I’m confident a resolution would have been completed the same day. GGG’s customer service is world class!!! I’m giving this a 3 rating for now. Depending on Klymits responsiveness and ultimate resolution my rating may change. But as far as GGG, they get a 5. When I notified them of the issue, as always, I had an immediate response.
