Great little cook pot!
I’ve used it several times with my little homemade alcohol stove and the wider base makes the boil time so much faster! It also feels more stable and less tippy than my taller pot. It is the perfect size for one person, and it is crazy light! My little stove nests perfectly inside. The reason for 4 stars is that my handle popped out once already, but it was easy to put back in, but I’m not sure how well it will do long term. I love it enough to just buy a pot lifter if needed!
Love this pot! Personally I wouldn’t want anything smaller- it juuust barely fits a Ramen bomb with added peanut butter. I can fit my Soto windmaster and mini lighter inside. For a long thru-hike, I may even consider the 900ml for when hiker hunger hits.
Great wide pot with an update
Wide pots are generally more efficient to boil so that was the driving force for choosing this model over the tall ones. I noticed some early reviews said there weren't measurement stamps well it looks like this has been updated. My pot purchased July 2024 has stamped measurements! I'm sure many will toss the pouch as unnecessary grams but it is quite nice.
Improved size and shape
i really struggled between this and the ubiquitous 750 ml pot. but so glad i went with this 700 ml. the squat shape and size feels much more stable on my brs stove. plenty of capacity for one person. light. and, perhaps most importantly, it still fits a small fuel can and my stove inside!
Lite weight, perfect size to boil water to rehydrate food or a hot drink
