One of my favorite simple meals while traveling
I carry several of these with me while I'm traveling (hiking, driving, etc.). I find this to be a quick and tasty meal anytime I need a fast pick-me-up.
Delicious
These were great. I was worried about how they would cook, but there were almost no lumps and it was delicious and incredibly filling.
Easy + Tasty
These were great! We used them on a car camping trip recently and topped them with some egg bites that we packed in a cooler. Positives: Delicious, rehydrated quickly, tastes like grits. Negatives: I'm not positive it's worth the cost, considering it really seemed a lot like a similar packet of instant grits you could pick up at the grocery store for cheaper (plus a pinch of chili flakes). Although it was probably the same amount as several grits packets, so there's that. And it doesn't have much protein, which is why I didn't end up using it when backpacking. We enjoyed, I'm not sure I'd buy again.
