Excellent!
i tool this quinoa mountain chili on a longer multi-day hike. it is easy to make on trail, just like other dehydrated meals. and it tastes very good! the texture is good as well; i do like quinoa so that helps. the spice and flavor are good - it's a tad spicy, but not too bad. i added a packet of olive oil to the chili to make it even better. note: you can't pour hot water into this bag, so you need a cup/mug to make it. i do wish the bag was a little bigger; the serving size didn't seem too big. but it was very good and i'd get it again!
