Great response time and service, product was just what I needed!
First: shout out to GGG for promptly responding to my order for the Alpine Gremlins WhisperSak. I was just a few days out from leaving for (notoriously wet) Torres del Paine in Patagonia, and I was under the gun to get the gear in time to help me ensure I could have a change of dry clothes handy while out in the park doing trail work. Thankfully, the GGG team responded immediately to my request, found a cost effective shipping plan, emailed me immediately when the gear was in the box, and then again when it was picked up (tracking took care of it from there). Exceptionally awesome service. Second, the WhisperSak performed as I’d hoped. We didn’t get whopped with rain as much as in previous trips, but on that one rainy day when I really needed dry socks, they emerged dry and cozy from their WhisperSak cocoon, ready to make my feet feel snug and happy again! Thanks GGG and Alpine Gremlins. Great customer service, great product! Highly recommend!
