These pants are extremely light and packable. The construction quality feels very solid. I had the opposite issue of the previous reviewer. I generally wear a Large in everything, 34” waist. These pants are so spacious, I’m wondering if I should go down a size. However, I like that they are roomy enough so I can pull them on without removing my chunky trail runners. The cinch waist makes it easy to get a solid fit. These would also fit over down pants with ease. For what you are getting here, these are very fairly priced.

I ordered a xsmall according to my measurements and typical size. I could not get the pants past my knees. For some reason the unfastened waist is rlly small. I would order a size or two up from your regular size. Seemed like a great product besides fit. Did not get to wear in the field but felt durable and well made.
