Rehydrating?
unfortunately the amount of crunch distracted from the flavor, so left an unmemorable impression. rehydrated for at least 2x the recommended time. was fairly filling and smelled good.

Did not rehydrate completely
Was crunchy. Flavor was good, even after soaking far longer than recommended, it was crunchy. If they could tell me how to rehydrate to the right texture I would try again.
Delicious Little Meal
i received this in my ggg food box. it rehydrated nicely -- my only knock was that the tomatoes were still a bit on the crunchy side -- and it was quite tasty. i generally make my backpacking food so i don't know if i'd buy this, but i can certainly recommend it for its flavor.

Tasty!
Enjoyed this vegetarian dish, but I did add a bit of freeze dried chicken to make it a meal. Without the chicken it would have been more of a soup and not enough to fill you up after a full day of backpacking in the mountains.

Delicious!
Nomad Nutrition’s Indian Red Lentil Stew filled my stomach and warmed my heart with a refreshingly tasty packaged meal.
