It only took 5 days from the date of delivery for this thing to pay off. A curious bear cub tried twice to get into it and gave up both times. I wish it were lighter, but then I wish everything were lighter.

i love the sizing because i can carry it horizontally in my pack. the 500 only fits vertically

this is the best size! the 500 is too short to fit most freeze dried brands dinner packages so you end up folding over the tops or repacking in quart freezer bags. The 750 lets me fill with 5 dinner packages upright and cram the rest in between. and still room for some tortillas at the top. Best, it only weighs 1oz more than my BV500 from a few years ago. great purchase for Sierra trips.

I fit six full days of food in here, breakfast, lunch and dinner! I pack my dehydrated meals in ziplocks and cook them in a stasher bag to maximize space, but it all fit.
Not getting my food!!
perfect size! has been a great product in the past why change now. with the changes to the at rules it is a necessity now.
