Haleine, a French term, translates to 'Breathe' in English. The Haleine Alpha Hoody is constructed utilizing Polartec® Alpha™ Direct 90gsm fleece. This piece provides unmatched warmth out of an ultralight design. This hoody works for ultralight backpacking & thru-hiking, layering on the coldest of days when active insulation is needed most.
Polartec® Alpha™ Direct fleece fabric has an incredible warmth-to-weight ratio, providing active insulation and helping regulate body warmth for optimized comfort during stop-start activities. Its lightweight lofted fibers, mesh knit, and hydrophobic qualities make Alpha™ warmth-to-weight dependable, highly breathable, and fast-drying.

Exactly what I was looking for. Fits comfortably and it is light as ****. I have been looking for an alpha piece for a while and I'm glad I ended up with this one.

I just received my Haleine hoody only to find sub par stitching. And as these shirts tend to sell out almost instantly getting a replacement won't be an option. Pretty disappointing.

I had been looking for an Alpha Direct/Polartec hoody for a while for cold weather running and just to have an extra cold weather layer that's ultra light on those colder days and this has been a game changer. It's ultra light, breathes well, keeps you warm in a nice way. The fit is great, I'm 5ft 9 with a semi muscular build and bought a Medium.

I received my hoody today and I love it. It fits me very well and will work great for layering. Reading the description, I was not quite sure what size I should order, I made the correct choice. It will quickly become my favorite hoody, time will tell how long it will last considering the material but for now I'm happy. Great product and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
