Surprisingly hearty, on the spicy side

First off, if you're really sensitive to spicy food, you should avoid this one. I think my spice sensitivity is about average, and I thought it was good, but I wouldn't have wanted it any spicier. The flavor was good, but not super aromatic or anything. If I could have changed anything, I would have wanted 25% more vegetable bits, and maybe slightly larger ones. The texture was a little bit crunchy after 5 min, and all the water was well absorbed, so if I make this again I'll try adding another ounce of water. Also, I'll transfer it to a freezer bag, because the depth of the bag was exactly the length of my spoon.
