It Was Ok!
I wasn’t sure what to expect from this hummus but to me the flavor was off. I’ve never had hummus of this flavor before so maybe that was part of my issue? I’d like to try the garlic flavor as well to see. I love hummus and having it on the trail is amazing so I don't want to write it off completely! But I wouldn’t get this flavor again.
Not bad for dehydrated hummus!
This flavor was one that I was pretty excited to try, and I did not find myself super disappointed! The sweetness from the corn balanced the spice from the jalapeño quite well, and I can say that I was pretty impressed! I'd consider buying this again!
