Coconut braised chicken thighs tossed in a tangy teriyaki-red pepper glaze (this is where the “sticky” comes from), mixed with roasted asparagus and fresh garlic, basmati rice cooked with sauteed onions and ginger in coconut milk, and finished with fresh scallions.
This meal is based on a recipe from a close family friend and is always referred to by us as “Kay’s Sticky Chicken”

Whoa
Had this meal on a recent 3 day hike on the AT. This is hands down the best freeze dried meal I have ever had. 100% only using Pinnacle meals from now on

Tasty Christmas gift
Our son only wanted your tasty meals for his backpacking trips for Christmas. Ordering online directly from your company made me feel good that I wasn’t adding to Jeff Bezos profits and our son was enjoying a great meal in the beautiful outdoors.

awesome meal
Very tasty and good texture, It is the best freeze dried meal I have eaten.

Fine dining of trail meals
This Chicken Teriyaki meal by Pinnacle Foods was a great trail meal to have on my section hike of the AT. It was satisfying and incredibly tasty. I was most impressed by the chunks of chicken in the meal. This was the closest thing to a home cooked meal on the trail.
Not Your Average Backpacking Meal
this meal is delicious! i usually stay away from any of the dehydrated teriyaki meals as i find them too sweet or the sauce is overpowering all other ingredients. not the case with this meal! mildly sweet, moderately savory, full flavored, with a tiny little kick. i prepared as directed, but let sit an additional 10-15 mins. i was pleasantly surprised at how well everything rehydrated- especially the asparagus! big chunks of veggies and meat in every bite. i kept forgetting it was a dehydrated meal! i initially purchased it to see if it was worth the price- it definitely exceeded my expectations! this dish has raised the bar for me. already purchased another!
