It's really nice having a healthy ramen option. Quite tasty too. I used this as the base of a classic "ramen bomb" on the trail a couple weeks ago. (that's the ramen plus mashed potatoes and spam.....unbelievably yummy!). It's less salty than the usual, but a lot more good vegetable and mushroom taste. A winner!
