Haleine, a French term, translates to 'Breathe' in English. The Haleine Alpha Hoody is constructed utilizing Polartec® Alpha™ Direct 90gsm fleece. This piece provides unmatched warmth out of an ultralight design. This hoody works for ultralight backpacking & thru-hiking, layering on the coldest of days when active insulation is needed most.
Polartec® Alpha™ Direct fleece fabric has an incredible warmth-to-weight ratio, providing active insulation and helping regulate body warmth for optimized comfort during stop-start activities. Its lightweight lofted fibers, mesh knit, and hydrophobic qualities make Alpha™ warmth-to-weight dependable, highly breathable, and fast-drying.

I've taken this hoody out on 2 trips so far. Great fit and very breathable. Slightly longer than my other Alpha hoody which I found offered better coverage for my longer torso.

This fits what I was looking for in a minimalist AD hoodie but it does have some stitching issues. Since it’s already out of stock I plan to keep it and do my own repair on it but I can’t give it 5 stars with this issue.

I just received my Haleine hoody only to find sub par stitching. And as these shirts tend to sell out almost instantly getting a replacement won't be an option. Pretty disappointing.
