I don't always like liquid versions of caffeine on trail. That's why I got these gummies. There's 3 of them per pack that make up a serving so it's nice for a caffeine-sensitive person like myself to be able to opt into however much I need. The flavor isn't amazing, but its certainly tolerable. Fruity, but some weird vit-B flavor like I just pounded a five hour energy in gummy form. I didn't get the jitters or anything when I ate them so that was nice. This is a solid option for a midday pick me up or if you don't like flavored drinks in your nalgenes.
