Specs:
Compatibility: Most camping sleeping pads work well with Pillow Strap.
- Rectangle pads or mummy-shaped pads with a slight curve at the head end are ideal
- Closed-cell foam pads pair with Pillow Strap but will fold up a little on the sides
- Mummy sleeping pads with a very steep curve at the top (such as Exped) do not work well with Pillow Strap

United StatesVirtually every similar product or hack for pillows I’ve tried has been problematic. But THIS strap hits the mark. Its light, adjustable, and adapts to all sorts of pillow options - from inflatable pillows to wadded up jackets/clothes. I personally use a zpacks blowup pillow, and the “small” pillow strap fits perfectly.

It’s soft and comfortable. Fits my large zenbivy pillow. My major problem with the pillow strap is that it slips off of my tapered Xtherm. It stays on rectangle pads just fine. I need to keep trying it out and I’m going to keep it. I like the product for when I use my quilt verses my zen bivy system.

I have a Sea To Summit pillow which is pretty good size but the medium cover was too small. The quality and idea are good though.
