Tour de Mont Blanc
Just finished the Tour de Mont Blanc and this merino “mid layer” worked fabulously- kept me warm even when damp and took up so much less room in my pack than a fleece. Also washed well and didn’t retain any odor.
Perfect baselayer
this is the base layer i've been searching for. the fit is amazing in that the sleeves and torso are nice and long like they say in description. thumbholes and neckline are very comfortable. perfect weight for layering in cold weather or stand alone layer in cooler weather

A very good find for active use
The perfect weight to work as a solo layer or a base. The 1/4 zipper is very nicely finished and allows for just the right about of temp control. Thumb loops are some of the best I've come across and don't excessively vent when not in use. Sleeves are nice and long and back length is great for cyclist as well. Seems are all quality but I can feel the nylon mix between my shoulders. I'm not sure if there is a bit more nylon there protect against backpack rub but everywhere else is just as comfortable as my favorite icebreaker (no longer made the same and did eventually fail at back shoulders). It easily beats similarly priced offerings (I've tried roughly a dozen other 1/4 zips to replace the fav) and this now the go to for the hard miles.
