Return Policy and item not as advertised.
This cell phone carrier was larger than expected and not as well made as others. I would have sent it back however I would have had to pay the shipping to return it after already paying the shipping to get it here. I ordered a Timbuk 2 cell phone holder, which I should have done in the first place, and put it on my bicycling backpack which I use often. I put the one I got from you on a seldom used backpack. Due to you shipping policy on returns we will not be ordering again.

iphone backpack case
my phone fits perfectly..this is a well made product

Nicer than expected.
I ordered one of each size to use on my old women's Deuter's 20 liter daypack. They are a nice charcoal grey. The large is just too big to use on the shoulder straps (I'm 5'4"), but the small fits well. My Iphone 12 mini slides in with room to spare. I'll give the larger one to my husband. $20 is a fair price compared to the other things I've seen on line. I'll try to post a photo of me wearing both if I can figure out how. Seeing them on a person might be helpful.
