So far I’ve only used it at home and it’s much easier to use to loosen up tight spots on my knees that are difficult to reach with my full size foam roller.

Well, I’m a dork. I didn’t remember that there was an instructional video showing how to put them together, but I figured it out on my own. Unfortunately the Allen wrench that they include is the wrong size, they give you a 3 mm but It should be a 2 1/2. The video also talks about using a 3 mm wrench. Fortunately, I had the correct size at home.

I am surprised how much I use this since its on my pole. Seems to work well all over the body especially the calfs, quads and hammies. Cool!
