Bottle Genius instructions:
- Accurately measure 1/2 c of water in to bottle
- Peel backing off bottom portion of sticker
- Adhere sticker to bottle so that the 1/2 c line on sticker lines up with mark
- Continue to adhere sticker vertically to bottle as you peel off backing
Tips:
- Apply to a new & clean bottle
- Use on your non-filter bottle as constant wrinkling may reduce lifespan
- Use hair dryer to flatten any wrinkles that may appear at the top
Jar instructions:
- Locate area mostly free of decals
- Remove backing from sticker
- Adhere so top edge of sticker touches bottom edge of neck ring (see photo)
Tip: ¾ mark lines up approximately with line next to flavor title

I like this item. I have hiked for many years, and I think I am pretty good at guestimating the amount of water to add to my meals, but this thing is so easy to use and add to my water bottle that it is truly brilliant. I will be ordering a couple more to give to my friends.

Just draw lines on your water bottle / container with a sharpie after pre-measuring the water. Not to be too harsh but this product feels like the perfect demonstration of the grossly ironic wastefulness of modern capitalistic ultralight. In the pursuit of minimalism, you’re paying $5 per container and creating all the waste that comes with the packaging, manufacturing, and shipping processes to avoid 5 minutes of work at home. The very pinnacle of unnecessary waste. But hey, props to the creators for coming up with a product with a 10,000% profit margin.

I do a lot of motorcycle camping in the desert southwest, and water conservation is vital. I carry 1.5 gallons in a bladder and two liters in a hydration pack. This little tool on a smart water bottle helps insure water is correctly measured for cooking purposes minimizing waste and guess work when measuring water for cooking. Great product delivered quickly and from a small business. Honestly what’s not to love about this?
