The Rain Wrap offers ultralight, functional rain coverage and is a great accessory for any hike. The Rain Wrap is made with waterproof 15D silnylon fabric, which offers durability and weather protection. A shock cord waist allows you to customize the fit, and snaps allow you to vent as needed and give you a full range of movement.
You can put on the Rain Wrap without taking off your pack, and it’s easy to remove once the rain stops. The Rain Wrap has tie-out loops so you can also use it as a small tarp or ground cloth. When you’re not wearing the Rain Wrap, it packs down tiny and will fit just about anywhere so you can reach it at a moment’s notice.

Rain wrap
Wife hikes. Looks well made. Time will tell. No more slipping muddy boots in rain pants. I’m a whitewater paddler, even when your taking a break you still move in the right direction!
Nice product, sized for men
Great material, very light, awesome idea. I ordered a M based on the size chart. I have curves, so unfortunately this fit properly around my waist but was far too tight to secure around my hips. It’s a relatively straight cut designed for male bodies. Taking off one star because, like many outdoor gear companies, EE missed an opportunity to be more inclusive—or at least more up front about their assumptions around their typical customers.
One of my favorite pieces of gear
I love that it's light, takes up very little space, easy to take on/off, and works great! When hiking, I've learned to un-do the bottom snap for less restricted movement, and unlike other raingear I can't wait to take off, I can easily forget I'm wearing it well after the rain has stopped!
This thing is light and small. I look forward to getting to use this.
Loved the rain wrap
I was heading to olympic peninsula for 2 weeks backpacking all around and realized I didn't have any rain bottoms. While I did not use these for that purpose, even though there was plenty of rain, I just usually let my shorts take the brunt of it And dry quickly... With that said, I found multiple uses for this thing, including just keeping my gear dry when I was unpacking and packing... Also makes a really convenient way to change at your campsite Out of wet clothes Just like a beach towel would after swimming before getting in your car without exposing yourself. Or using as a "welcome mat" for my tent to keep my shoes on and change out of my tent socks in the morning without getting tent, feet or anything dirty.The thing is super lite... like nonexistent lite...and takes zero space.. I will be incorporating this into my regular loadout from here on out. Great product.
