Hot and tasty! Pretty small, so you may want to order a couple.
Best gift
I bought this for my girlfriend's dad. I thought he was only going to use it for camping, but instead he takes it with him to work and uses it in his lunch! He loves the normal Sriracha and is honest and straightforward. So when he told me that he loves it, I believe him.
Caking is good
Greate taste. Another review mentions that the powder cakes up when it absorbs moisture. This is a feature, not a bug. I pried bits of the cake into the lid then poured the bits into my Mountain House bag. No worries about twitching the entire canfull into my chicken and rice.
Fiery indulgence and more volcanic eruption
The trip to Banff was meant to be a serene escape, a communion with nature in all its majestic beauty. Instead, Rogers Pass became the battleground for an unexpected gastrointestinal skirmish, all thanks to dehydrated Sriracha. It was supposed to be a convenient and flavorful addition to my camping meals—lightweight, potent, and with that familiar kick of heat that makes everything taste better. I sprinkled it liberally over my noodles one evening, excited for a fiery dinner to cap off a day of hiking. What followed was less fiery indulgence and more volcanic eruption. The dehydrated Sriracha, in all its concentrated form, hit my stomach like a freight train. In the serene backdrop of Rogers Pass, my insides turned into a war zone. The soothing sounds of nature were no match for the gurgling storm that brewed within. Banff’s beauty was momentarily overshadowed by my quest for solace, as every twist and turn of the trail felt like a marathon while I wrestled with my angry stomach. Who knew that a few spoonfuls of dehydrated Sriracha could cause such turmoil in paradise? Note to future adventurers: some things are better left undehydrated. And maybe, just maybe, keep the Sriracha to a minimum when you’re miles away from civilization!
