High quality, good looking pack.
I really liked the finish of this pack and it seems durable and is attractive. I ended up having to return it though because it didn't fit very well. When I was wearing it, the shoulder pouches were all the way up to the top of my shoulders with the straps tightened (I'm 6'1). Also, compared to packs with vest straps I did feel the straps digging into my shoulders more on this traditional strap style. If they made this with vest straps and maybe lengthened the straps so the pockets sit lower it would be perfect for me. I ended up going with a Nashville cutaway which should accomplish that but was considerably more expensive.

Exceeded my expectaions
Very comfortable UL pack. Rides high. Straps feel good all day. Iv had this pack out for 3 adventures - 26km+ and feel confident to take it out on longer trips. (stitching and materials appear to be reliable) If your kit is dialed in and you don't need extra faff this is a great no nonsense pack.

Another great Pa’lante Pack
Another great piece from Pa’lante. Whether it is shorts or packs, they do not awesome job. I keep coming back to GGG as they have great gear and their customer service is unparalleled. Keep up the great work.

Love this pack!
It’s a baby Desert Pack, which has become my main 3-season backpacking ultralight setup pack. I am primarily using the Ultralight as a long day hike pack and absolutely love the feel and quality.

Nearly perfect
This pack is seriously top notch quality and craftsmanship. The aesthetics are really nice also. You can tell this was designed by hikers. I find the bottom pocket design on the Pa'lante packs to really be above all the competition. It holds everything so securely and also is large enough to be useful. The shoulder strap pockets are good size also and the cinch cord keeps things from falling out. I wish the shoulder straps were slightly wider and/or didn't have the tight edges as this can cause my shoulders issues. I also just don't think the shoulder straps fit my body perfectly.
