A minimal, ultralight backpack for people with boobs
The Aspen is a frameless, ultralight backpack designed specifically for people with boobs. The 38L pack has S-curve straps designed to fit comfortably around the shoulders and chest, a three-way adjustable sternum strap to accommodate a wide range of chest sizes and shapes, and a stowable waist belt long enough to fit wider waists. The body of the Aspen is made of extremely durable, water-resistant 420D Extreema®. (While a bear canister does fit into this pack it is not recommended, as the Aspen is designed for a baseweight of 10lbs or less.)
Symbiosis Gear designed this pack to fit a wide range of bodies. Several women who are 5'2" and shorter as well as taller women up to 6’1" have tried it and found it to be super comfortable! These people had a range of bust sizes from A to DDD and the design of the backpack did not squish their boobs.

Best women's pack ever, saved my back and hips on the CDT!
I bought this pack more than a month into the Continental Divide Trail after trying on someone else's and realizing a better fit was possible. My old pack was "fine," and to that point was the best-fitting one I'd found, but the Aspen blows it out of the water. With my previous pack all the weight was only shoulders and hips, which gave me mid-back pain and made my hips tight, limiting my range of motion and my flexibility in getting over tricky trail hazards. The Aspen is narrower than a unisex pack, so the straps don't pinch my rotator cuffs and the weight is better distributed to the middle of my back. I love the sternum strap--it has some stretch in it, and you can adjust it up or down the pack easily on the daisy chain. I also really like the phone pocket and the secret pocket on the bottom that you can reach while walking--perfect for snacks or rain jacket--so I didn't miss having hip belt pockets. It is just the right volume for the weight that works for it; you'll want to stick under 25 pounds most of the time, which is my preference on a thru hike anyway. I got this pack just before I entered the snowy San Juan mountains in southern Colorado, one of the toughest stretches of the CDT, and it felt so natural it was like I had been hiking with it all along. I can't imagine switching back to "unisex!"
Held Up the Entire CDT
I got this pack on a whim before my CDT thru-hike after concerns over back pain. It was wonderfully adjustable; This is the first time I've had a pack that fits my torso while also fitting at the waist. I love how much range there is on the hip belt and sternum strap. The pack finished the CDT still looking brand new. It was able to handle 7+ day resupply stretches and the monsoons of Colorado. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this pack. I recommend to anyone with a smaller frame. The narrower shoulder attachment behind my neck helped SO much with the back pain I typically get from other packs. Six stars, if I were able.
Let them pick their own pack
I got the pack as a suprise for my girlfriend and a trip we have coming up. She initially "loved" the pack until she tried it on and couldn't get the belt adjusted correctly. The chest belt was also problematic for her although there are plenty of adjustment points to raise or lower it. I beleive the back is well made and has great accessory pockets like a cellphone pouch on shoulder, sleeping bag compartment on the bottom, V strap, etc. I'll let her pick out her own from now on tho...
