Deliciously spicy
The fragrance of spices was evident from the time I opened the package. I followed directions and used boiling water and waited the full 15 minutes. I did use a cozy (Big Sky). The Thai Red Curry was delicious. It was spicy without being overly hot, with complex flavors balanced by the sweetness of coconut milk. The vegetables were fully rehydrated. I did find some rice that was a little al dente, even rehydrating in the cozy. It did not detract from the meal experience. Yes, I would purchase again.

I don't normally eat too many freeze-dried meals after being disappointed by bland dishes that weren't worth the price. The Thai curry was a very tasty vegetarian option with plenty of flavor, and it rehydrated well. Would order again.
