United StatesExcellent...have been using on the Appalachian Trail and it makes it easy to access phone, etc. It's so light that I"m not really aware that I have it on until I need to access something.

Great little pack. Used for a year and no issues yet. I would like it to be a little larger for new bigger phones, but it does the job and is very light. The taping and sewing is extremely well done. I turned it inside out and they have done a remarkably good job. Will purchase again when this one wears out.

It's junk !! Zipper broke and seams came apart 2 weeks into my AT Thru Hike! Custom service was just as bad 👎�
