CNOC: Pronounced "k'nok", means hill or mount in Gaelic and old Irish - a natural elevation of the land surface, usually rounded.
In 2017, after a trial by fire in hardware manufacturing (and a move from the UK to the USA), CNOC Outdoors was established and ready to make the first item on founder Gilad’s perfect gear list: a simple, light water collecting bottle that would work with his Sawyer Squeeze. After lots of development, handshaking and a successful campaign on Kickstarter, and the Vecto was born.
CNOC Outdoors is about creating amazing gear that everyone wants but no one makes. Starting with their flagship product, the Vecto, CNOC Outdoors makes hydration gear that simplifies your gear kit, allowing you to spend more time on the move in nature, or relaxing at camp with your friends. They’re a small team of six outdoor adventurers based in Portland, OR. You can head over to the website of Minimal Gear, the company behind CNOC Outdoors, to learn more about their team.
